Committees

Landscape Committee

MEMBERS: Don Padou, Marilyn Porras, Denise Summersett

The Landscape Committee makes recommendations to the Board regarding the Association's landscape. The Committee undertakes tasks as directed by the Board. Description approved by the Board 5/20/17

Pool/Common Area Committee

MEMBERS: Scarlett Hart, Abigail Padou

The Pool Committee makes recommendations to the Board regarding the Association's pool and BBQ area, including recommendations to update or change the rules governing the pool and BBQ area. The Committee undertakes tasks as directed by the Board. Currently, the Committee is responsible for: (1) providing pool area keys, passes and guest passes to owners and residents; (2) reviewing the pool rules with new owners and residents; (3) coordinating the daily checking of chemical levels in the pool; (4) making sure the pool area is stocked with various sign-in forms; and (5) overseeing the storage of seat cushions used in the pool area. Description approved by the Board 5/20/17

Social Committee

MEMBERS: Scarlett Hart,  Marilyn Porras, Peggy Sparrow, Cathy Stroup, Denise Summersett

The Social Committee promotes friendship and fellowship among Fieldstone residents through special events. These events are planned and scheduled by the committee members. Event budgets are presented to the board for approval. Budgeted items are purchased locally. All set up and clean up is managed by this committee. Description approved by the Board 5/20/17

Communications Committee

MEMBERS: Carolyn Anctil, Abigail Padou, Denise Summersett 

The Communications Committee makes recommendations to the Board regarding the Association's communications with owners, residents and others. The Committee undertakes tasks as directed by the Board. Currently the Committee is responsible for: (1) maintaining the Association's website; (2) maintaining the membership list for the Association's Google group; (3) maintaining the Association's bulletin board; (4) using the Association's email account to send out notices of Board meetings and other notices as directed by the Board; (5) publishing an annual directory of owners and residents; and (6) making official mailings to owners or residents as directed by the Board. Description approved by the Board 5/20/17
